Ordering rice and arranging delivery in Kuwait
We offer free rice delivery across Kuwait. Use the catalogue to choose your product and bag size, then send your request on WhatsApp to +965 9963 9573. Availability, delivery timing and payment arrangements are confirmed in the conversation.
How to place your request
- Choose a product, size and number of bags, and add them to the cart.
- Review the products, net weights, quantities and total in the cart.
- Enter your contact and delivery details in the order form.
- Open WhatsApp and send the prepared message so we receive your request.
- Confirm the available products, delivery timing and payment arrangements with us.
Opening WhatsApp or completing the website form does not by itself confirm an order. The prepared message must be sent and the order details agreed in the conversation.
Delivery details to provide
Send your Kuwait area, block, street and building or house number, together with a phone number for coordinating delivery. Include any access details that will help the delivery reach you. If you select a preferred timing in the form, confirm that timing in WhatsApp before relying on it.
Sizes, availability and prices
Read the selected product page for the listed options and prices. Many rice products use 20kg and 40kg bags; Shaheen Gold Premium Parboiled uses 19kg and 38kg, and the salt product uses 1kg. Ask about current availability and agree any quotation or order change before proceeding.
Payment and changes to a request
Ask us to confirm the payment arrangement before the order proceeds. If you need to change the product, quantity, address or preferred delivery time, contact the same WhatsApp conversation so the latest details can be checked.
Questions or an issue after delivery
Send the order reference or date, product name, bag size and a clear description. Keep the packaging and include photos of the label, batch information and any issue when relevant. Contact us with these details so we can review the issue and agree the next steps.
